Can I log in to my Student App account on a tablet?
You can install Student App on tablets of different operating systems and log in to your account.
How can I change the language setting?
You can change the language setting from “More” in the Student App or from your phone settings directly.
Why do I fail to receive push messages from school occasionally?
The Android system will close the background apps that have not been used for a while and you can no longer receive push messages from the apps. You can change the phone settings by forcing the Student App to stay online all the time to avoid this situation.
Why can’t I sign the eNotice?
There are two types of eNotice: Parent Notice and Student Notice. Students can only sign student notice and view parent notice signed by parents on the Student App. However, you can’t sign parent notice on behalf of your parents.
Why are there more features on my friends’ Student App?
The features displayed on your Student App are dependent on the school’s subscription plans and administrative arrangements. Please contact your school for more details.

How can I change my password?
You can change your password through the Student App menu if your school grants you the access right. You can also click “Forget Password” on the Integrated Platform and enter your login name. The system will automatically send you a password reset email for you to reset your password.
How can I change my photo in the Student App?
You can change your photos through the Student App menu if your school grants you the access right. You can also log in to the Integrated Platform and change your photo in iAccount.

Why can’t I log in to the Student App even though I have downloaded it?
You can’t use the Student App if your school has not yet subscribed to the Student App service, or if you have provided incorrect login details. Please contact your school to reconfirm the subscription or the account details. You can also contact us if the situation persists.
How to deal with the sudden crash of the Student App?
You can try to download and reinstall the latest version of the Student App. If the situation persists, you can contact us.
